In the years 1988 - 1990, Stroni play for Dinamo Tirana and Apolonia Fier, he showed proficiency as a prolific striker in his homeland. Stroni moved to FR Yugoslavia in 1992, then returned to Dinamo Tirana in 1993.
The following season Stroni Albert moved to Spain with Compostela club after it moved to Ourense. Furthermore, Stroni signed with amateur clubs Lemos in the autonomous community of the same, eventually becoming one of the most important players in the club's history, averaging more than a goal every two games.
